Apple App Store Reaches 1 Billion Downloads
Apple reached over 1 billion downloads from its App store last week for iPhone and iPod Touch devices. The Apple App store is one of the major reasons for the iPhone’s popularity, and many other smartphone companies are following Apple with making application stores available.
